Public Right of Way Re-opens Ahead of Schedule

The public right of way footpath that crosses the railway line between Farmer Ward Road and Priory Road has been re-opened ahead of schedule.

The footpath, which was temporarily closed whilst essential demolition works adjacent to the path were completed on the rail station site, was due to re-open on Monday 27 April but re-opened four days early on Thursday 23 April.

Warwickshire County Council was granted permission to close the footpath for the works to ensure the safety of pedestrians and aimed to keep disruption to a minimum by re-opening it as soon as it was safe to do so.
