The proposed site for the station is on the rail route between Leamington Spa and Coventry and is close to the town centre at the site of the former rail station goods yard on Priory Road.
The map below shows how the station will be accessed by the residents of Kenilworth. The map demonstrates that the station is within 1,200m walking distance of approximately 80% of the town. This means that the station will be highly accessible, without reliance on the private car; encouraging passengers to either walk or cycle to the station. This is based on the Institute of Highways and Transportation Guidelines for Providing for Journeys on Foot.
